The 4th of July is a great time of the year, full of backyard BBQ’s, lazy days at Table Rock Lake, and fireworks.  What can be more American than that?

With the 4th of July approaching there are celebrations happening all around the Ozarks.  Below is a list of several fireworks displays around the Ozarks.  There are many opportunities to watch the night sky to light up celebrating Independence Day.

June 30th

Hartville

Free barbecue, watermelon, and ice cream for all
Entertainment begins at 6 p.m. with several groups performing
Bouncy houses for kids
Attendance has grown to between 3,000 to 4,000 people
Fireworks at dusk, sponsored by Lions Club and others
Shuttle vans will shuttle people to and from the park from various parking lots

Springfield
5th annual Faith, Fun, Fellowship, Freedom & Fireworks,
6:30-9:30 p.m., Calvary Christian Assembly of God, 9048 W. Missouri 266, Springfield.
Activities for all ages, live music, free food and fireworks show at dark.

 

July 3rd

Branson
Branson Landing’s 12th annual “Liberty Light Up” concert and fireworks
6 p.m., outdoor concert by Jason Pritchett, along with surprise guest appearances
9 p.m., Fireworks

13th annual Fireworks Display,
9 p.m., Lakeside Resort & Restaurant on Table Rock Lake, 153 Coney Drive, Branson West.
This show will be right after Kimberling City’s. Drive your boat to the cove and see both shows.

Fireburst 2019,

The Table Rock Lake Chamber of Commerce invites you to celebrate Independence Day with a professional fireworks display directly above the Kimberling City Bridge. View from the shoreline or from the lake.

4 p.m., Battlefield City Park, 5434 S. Tower Drive.
Inflatables, face painters, balloon artist and food vendors followed by fireworks presentation at dusk. Shuttle service will run from First Baptist Church, Wilson Creek School, Battlefield Assembly of God and McBride Elementary. Free

Bolivar
Bolivar Rotary Club’s 39th annual Celebration of Freedom Community Picnic and Fireworks Extravaganza

7:30 p.m. – Program including: a special presentation of colors, Veterans’ recognition, Bolivar Community Choir, guest speaker and more
9:20 p.m. – Fireworks begin

Eureka Springs
10:00 a.m. parade begins along the usual parade route of Spring & Main, and includes a best-dressed dog contest.
Everyone is invited to join in the parade. Following the parade is a watermelon seed spitting contest in the parking lot between the Auditorium and the courthouse.
At 12:30 pm there’s a hot dog eating contest at Eureka Live (35 N. Main)
AND SATURDAY JULY 6th:
The celebration continues throughout the weekend with music in the park on Saturday, July 6th. Join us in Basin Spring Park from 5 pm to 7 pm for some lively jazz from Crusade & the Big Hog Band.
Then at dusk, fireworks will be shot off from Marble Flats and should be able to be seen all over town.

Machine Gun Symphony kicks off the night at 8:30 p.m., fireworks at 9:30 p.m. complete with music narration from in-house DJ David West, followed by more music from MGS until midnight. Bring your own lawn chairs/blankets. Admission $10, kids under 12 $3.
